Mystery Shopping Indonesia (MSI) is an independent third party inspection company.

Although our main focus is the design and implementation of mystery shopping programs for our value clients, we also deliver Certified Service Professional (CSP) for service staffs and Certified Service Manager (CSM) for service team leaders to help them fill the service quality gaps.
