Become a MSI Shopper
No fee is required. However, to become a successful mystery shopper, MSI requires access to an internet connection, as all MSI mystery shop surveys require online completion.
Before we will consider you for a shopping assignment, you must complete our Shopper Profile and complete mystery shopping online training and pass the assessment test. Then your name will be in our database of eligible shoppers. When the next available shopping opportunity arises in your area, you will receive an automated email alerting you of such, with a link to the job board where you can view the shop posting and submit a request to perform the available shop.
We are always looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented and have good written communication skills. We rotate shoppers within projects so they are not identified by the employees, meaning we need many shoppers in each city. To apply, you must be 21 years of age.
